All Nearly Lost It items are printed and shipped by our partner Printful. This means your hoodie is made specifically for you when you order it - no mass production, no warehouse waste.

Processing Time:

- 2-5 business days to create your item

- Plus shipping time (see below)

- Custom items take a little longer, but they're worth the wait

Shipping Options & Times:

US Domestic:

- Standard (5-7 business days): $4.99

- Express (2-3 business days): $9.99

International:

- Standard (10-15 business days): $9.99-$15.99 depending on location

- Express options available for most countries

What's Included:

- Tracking information sent to your email

- Eco-friendly packaging (because we care about the planet too)

- Care instructions (wash cold, tumble dry low, don't iron the design)

Shipping Restrictions:

We ship to most countries, but some locations may have restrictions. If we can't ship to you, we'll let you know at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items:

Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or goes missing. We'll work with Printful to resolve it quickly.

Holiday Delays:

During busy seasons, add a few extra days to processing and shipping times. Plan ahead if you're ordering gifts.
