Welcome to Nearly Lost It. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms. Don't worry, we kept the legal jargon to a minimum.

The Basics:

- You must be 18+ to order (or have parental permission)

- Provide accurate information when ordering

- Don't use our site for anything illegal or harmful

- Our hoodies are for wearing, not reselling as "luxury items"

Orders & Payment:

- All prices are in USD

- Payment is processed when you place your order

- We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason (though we probably won't unless you're being weird about it)

Intellectual Property:

- Our designs, Claire's image, and "Nearly Lost It" branding belong to us

- Don't steal our stuff and pretend you made it

- Feel free to post photos wearing our hoodies though - we love that

Product Information:

- We describe our products accurately, but colors may vary slightly on different screens

- 80% organic cotton, 20% recycled polyester (as advertised)

- Print-on-demand means each item is made when you order it

Limitation of Liability:

- We're not responsible if our hoodies don't solve all your problems

- They're comfortable clothes, not therapy (though they might help)

- Standard product liability stuff applies

Disputes:

If something goes wrong, email us first. We'll try to fix it before lawyers get involved.

Changes:

We might update these terms occasionally. We'll let you know if anything major changes.
